Service Hours/Limitations
- IT Team does not provide 24/7 support.
- Our standard office hours are M-F 8am - 4:30.
- We follow Clemson University's list of holidays/closures.
- Most IT Team members are fully remote; however, the IT Support Team members that manage equipment have office space in 110 Daniel and TigerPark for meeting with users and sharing equipment.
- Support staff doea NOT schedule in-home office visits or meet in satellite locations like CU-ICAR.
- IT Help tickets are prioritized based on details provided in the submitted form.
- Most queries are created within 48 hours.
