The CADENCE system (Blackbaud CRM) is the fundraising and alumni/donor information system for DAR, CUF, CAA, IPTAY. CADENCE is the system of record for all fundraising activity and includes functionality for managing back-office operations, fundraising and development (both academic and athletic), alumni relations, marketing, online communications, reporting, and event management. Blackbaud Information System (BBIS) is a companion tool to CADENCE and is used for our online giving, some of our mass emails, and is used to house the Development Intranet.

ACCESS
- Access is granted by request by supervisors during the onboarding process. It is ROLE based meaning permissions are granted for tasks for which each Advancement Teams is responsible.
