PaperSave is a complete document management software connected/integrated with Blackbaud's CRM.

- It provides one click access to documents related to the records within CADENCE.

- Only Gift & Records Management can ADD documents, other CADENCE users can VIEW documents.



  • Users are sent a default password when onboarded, they can update their password after that first successful log in.
  • Google chrome is the preferred browser
  • Enable pop-up browser – PaperSave will appear in a separate tab.
  • Trouble shooting documentation for Firefox and PaperSave issues.
  • When all else fails, uninstall and reinstall.
